Looking for someone who knows Wordpress/AJAX coding to optimise/speed up our website. Currently, we're using the John Smith AJAX theme and the loading animation is on the screen for far too long as you load the site. We want to keep the site the same but reduce or remove the loading animation altogether so that it loads as quickly as possible.

Additionally our site says "Not Secure" in the browser upon loading, something we'd also like to change. Thanks.
