NO LATER CHANGE ALLOWED.# I need a web-based tool built that can convert a Excel file (in xlsx format and OpenOffice Excel format .ods and Google Excel Sheet) to a web app that can be embedded in other sites easily. The tool should convert XLSX files into a web calculator which are coded in HTML, JS and CSS. It should also support charts too. The excels can have single sheet or multi-sheets. You should have good knowledge of PHP, Excel, JavaScript. To make it easy job, you can define some rules for the user that in order to convert your Excel file to a web app, you have to format the file like this..and give them some written instructions. Please see the attached Excel files and the screenshot. See how it is converted to an interactive web app by another site. Don't forget to see the attached video.
