I would need to get the source code and databases etc. an image of the hard drive it's supposed to run on would also help a lot. I have also found when doing this type of work is that the source code available is not the source code that was compiled and put onto the PC, but with it being .Net based it would be trivial to decompiled the program and recreate the source code.
