I need a Freelancer expert in PHP & JAVA to reorganize the header's session of my website

I have a site where the HEADER manages different SESSIONS which are not well organized, lack of comments therefore are kind of confusing. Some SESSIONS open tabs, other close tabs, etc... thus, I need them to get organized properly. Other than that, everything works good, so I need a coder just to verify the attributes of SESSIONS. Indeed, the real TASK is to take the entire file, break it apart, and rebuild it CLEAN to make sure every SESSION makes the correct attributes. Again, all is working perfect, the issue is the SESSIONS, so I need a programmer to organize the attributes of the SESSIONS which are mixed, and their correct functioning is critical because these open and close buttons/tabs (via JAVA SCRIPTS, BLOCKING, and UNBLOCKING tabs). There are 3 ways to navigate through my site: 1- SKIP at the opening: Free navigation only clicking SKIP. ALL works smoothly. 2- Insert an EMAIL ADDRESS at the opening: Another free navigation inserting any valid EMAIL ADDRESS, then ALL should perform like the previous point above (SKIP style). 3- LOG IN and all tabs turn on: This third way is LOG IN, which requires email+password (previous sign up). This one opens ALL features On 1-SKIP and 2-EMAIL ADDRESS... SUBSCRIBE BUTTON always should ask visitor to LOG IN (or SIGN UP). Also, SESSION must prevail so the navigation (changing Tabs) be consistent with the end-user selection... I need a skilled programmer freelance specialized in PHP and Java to help me adjusting this.
