Need to build online browser based PDF file Editing system -- 4

I need an experienced programmer who can build from scratch a web app that will EDIT user uploaded PDF files like add text (text style, font, color etc), highlighting and underlining text, rename PDF, change PDF background color, masking any part of PDF text, free hand drawing on PDF, upload image and resize, reposition, remove option, password protection of PDF. Check the features in the attached video too.

Do not use anything paid like PDFTron SDK/any paid API. Only open source and GitHub allowed.

I need full sourcecode and copyright of it and help in deploying it on my server.
