Hi As you can see from my previous projects feedbacks I am a moodle expert with more than 8 years moodle experience and a lot of projects like your already completed. I am a core code contributor and I released quite a few hundred moodle plugins already. Is not very clear form the project specs if the plugin is a course level plugin or site level plugin. I have 11 years experience in Moodle development. I have created 20 plugins and worked with more than 60 Moodle sites. I have also created reports for all the versions.
