Modifications and adding functionnalities to a Wordpress theme/website

My requests consist of modifications of a custom Wordpress “pinclone” theme, example of what it looks in its commercial version here : [login to view URL] The site i own is already online and currently in heavy development before its launch by the end of September. Coder will have a private access to the database and FTP of the website. Because of protection restriction, the modifications can only be made online on the current website. Coder cannot clone the website to work on other private server or localhost. Coder will have in charge of secure the files and database he works on by creating frequently backup. Please find below the requests of the job : 1/ Syntax highlight : The website i own is about financial coding. Users that visit the website must have the possibility to post their own code in 2 manners : by the WP frontend (because users are enable to post on it) and within the bbPress forum. I need to implement a button in wp_editor for the user to post code. The website must return the code with syntax highlight. Because of non-admin users, the frontend/forum code editor cannot reflect the whole settings of the syntax highlight. It may be only a window to paste or write code in it. Coder can use a already made good WP plugin, but it have to be modified to be as simple as possible for the frontend/forum users. 2/ Frontend editor of the pinclone theme (add New pin or Edit pin) : 2.1/ The pinclone WP theme have “boards”, like Pinterest. I dont need them at all. The frontend post to create new posts must deleted this needed parameters to be able to post directly into the WP category of the list. 2.2/ The final button “add my post / pin it” must be activated once the required informations of the form are filled : title/description/category (picture is not required). 2.3/ The frontend users will only have the capabilities to post only on selected categories (not blog one). I would be able in the future to select myself (as an WP admin) the categories that are not locked to frontend users (it can be a php file modification within categories numbers for example, i dont need an interface for that). 2.4/ The frontend post interface need a file attachment. Users can add file for their posts. The file attached must be seen and download eventually when people open the posts. 3/ Main page grid functionnalities The main website page is made of a masonry grid. It is populated with WP posts categories. I need to include in it also bbPress topics. Those bbPress grid will have the same look n’ feel of the other ones (no need of star ratings and like counts) only numbers of messages of the topic. The featured image may be the first picture found in the bbPress topic. The text below the picture will be an excerpt of the first message of the topic. If no picture is found, there will be a replacement with a default one. I need to work with a profesionnal coder with advanced Wordpress knowledge. Coder must have a Skype ID to be in contact at any moments. A good communication between us is a must need, i insist. Delay must be as short as possible, within 2 weeks maximum to release the entire modifications needed. If worked done are good, there will certainly have others on it.
