I want to make some change on OrangeHRM is an Open Source Human Resource Management System based on web and is open source
Changing the Use role
User: they can have access only to their information and now on the system is no need any change
Supervisor: each employee will have Supervisor and this Supervisor can have access to those employees under him and all the request leave will come to him first and he/she will forward to the HR manager if he approve this leave and if he/she reject it the request will go to the employee who apply for the leave, and the supervisor also can do the evaluation to the staff under his supervising
Attendance Team: this use will have access to all attendance reports and monitoring it
Record Team: this users will have access only to the personal information for each and every employee and they can edit this information and also will have access to all leave and see who are on the leave
HR Manager: all users of this Group they will have access to all information of the employees including the permission for Supervisor, Attendance Team, Record Team and is the final person to approve the leave but he/she can transfer the leave to the next level if the person who apply for the leave is higher than him
Change on leave module
When the employee apply for leave the request will not go direct to HR Manager this request should go first to his supervisor and if he approve the leave than the supervisor will forward the leave to HR manager
Now what I want it to work
We will install the Biotime 7.0 time attendance and connected to MYSQL database and on the same time we want OrangeHRM to be connected to the same database
The OrangeHRM application will get the data from Biotime 7.0 time attendance database and the Biotime 7.0 time attendance will be connected to biometric devices for attendance
Now all the features on Biotime 7.0 time attendance we need them on OrangeHRM application that means on the server the two application will be running on the same time but people will use only OrangeHRM
The database and files for OrangeHRM and two evaluation forms and the guideline for Biotime 7.0 will be attached to the person who will do the work or the recommended from co-pilot
