MIS Dashboard Development

I am herewith sharing the possible input fields for the MIS Development.(Check Sheet Tabs for different forms and input fields. Fields in Red are not required). Largely the input forms and fields are going to remain the same. Based on the inputs the Monthly Progress Report will have to be generated generated automatically for each center and consolidated statement for state level is also to be generated. Possible reports and dashboards for internal and public purposes are also shared in this excel. There may be few changes or additions in the same. The entire system has to available in offline as well as online mode with ability to push to server on periodic basis in a day. The MIS will also have to be integrated with some of the existing systems to fetch the data from HR and Finance systems. You would notice such fields mentioned in the attached file. As you had mentioned that, you would be able to specify the cost estimates once you see the formats, we would like you to please state the possible cost estimations so that we can take a quick call on moving forward.
