Virtuemart provide us plugin for discounts Shipping by Rules Plugin or Advanced Shipping by Rulesplugin, Have you tried them, Are they not working, if they not working then we have to move on to magento there we need to use this plugin. I like to know more about the cart problem, May I will help you to solve it and no need to move to any other cms I need to check your current site once, and try to solve, if this will not help then 2nd option is available to use. Normal steps I have for move the site from one cms to another follow: 1. Check and studies the current site. 2. Ask client, If there have any special point I need to take care. 3. Create a list of all necessary extension of the current site and verify they are available into the new cms. 4. Discuss with a client about the extension list and inform him about which extension are not available in new cms and what I am going to do for this. 5. After approval from a client, I make a task list which the process of transfer of website. When client agree I proceed. 6. Hello Dear Employer. you have write 3 problem. one is about free shipping issue which you want to fix in your current Joomla site ? second some problems with the cart page that stops some users from being able to complete a sale.
