Membership site - JS project

Looking for a coder to build our new membership site. This is a multistage project starting with this one task. Description - build the sign up and log in area of our membership site in server side JS. What will be included: 1 - float in script to display the log in box on the website's home page 2 - float in script to display the sign up box on the website's home page 3 - Basic dashboard for when user is logged in Logic: 1 - When user clicks the Log-in button, the sign in script will fade in and display on the home page 2 - When user clicks the Register button, the register script will fade in and display on the home page 2a - When a user registers, the system checks against the list of users currently registered to ensure no duplication in email is present. The user's email address is their username 2b - The site sends a confirmation link to the user's email address. The link expires after 20 minutes, at which point the user's information is purged 2c - When the link is selected, the new user is marked as confirmed and becomes a valid user 3 - Basic information is collected after user's email is confirmed 3a - Name, City, State/Provence, Country 3b - Once entered, the name becomes static and cannot be changed except by the site administrator You will supply the coding and be able to pick the database type. This will be deployed on a dedicated VPS with full root access by the site owner. Supply the framework to be used in your bid. Any questions please ask.
