Catalogue style site with a home page with some basic marketing content and registration / membership purchase functionality. There will be a few levels for membership – about 5.
The product/content catalogue will be divided into 5 content categories each then having 5 subcategories. Main page for each category only and then links from there to the sub cat’s.
It is obvious the site needs to be fit with payment processing functionality and give a few options to do that. Additional functionality should include an autoresponder – automatically sending email confirmations to every registration and membership purchase.
We have a domain and hosting for the site. Still, video content will most likely be uploaded to some video sites (like youtube) and embedded / linked onto the site from there; so to avoid using the site hosting server for big size video files - at least until such time when we have capacity to accommodate "at home".
I wish for the site to be prepared blank – fully functional template – allowing me to fill in details and change them myself whenever necessary:
1. names of categories and sub-categories
2. financial details for receiving payments / processing refunds
3. actual content
4. etc.
The site will have to be provided with full instruction for hosting server upload and also packaged for off-line storage. Any site expansion past original template will be conducted as a separate project.
A mock up, powerpoint presentation, can be provided to illustrate parts of the site, including basic design (layout, colours, etc.) and main functions. Or. Examples of websites showing certain aspects of what needs to be incorporated can be provided.
The site has to be designed for primary use on mobile devices – phones / tablets / laptops – and function using a variety of browsers.
