I need an advanced level software developed for mass communication. I need to send mass sms and mms from my cellphone and laptop without any servers or extra equipment. If small devices are needed that is fine. I also need a feature to be able send up to 250,000 emails successfully a day without proxies. the delivery rate needs to be at the least 90%. I also need a social media communication software created so that I can send mass messages to my followers and other users followers safely through the twitter, facebook and instagram API. (Whatever your method as long as it continuously work). I'm not looking to purchase a software that will only last me two months. this will require half deposit to start and half deposit and possible bonus when completed.
