Make webpages show content dynamically depending on visitor's country

I have a website on which I want to show the content depending on the country's visitor, for now this is France, Netherlands or rest of world. Whether content should be shown in which country is defined in a MySQL table, for every content record there are extra columns for FR, NL and XX which have value yes or no. I also already have an ip to country table where location of visitor can be looked up from his ip address. What I need now is to show my content pages the content dynamically, for each page load they should determine the country from the ip address and show or not show content depending on value of the country specific column as described above. I have 4 content pages which need to be modified like this. I am sure for an experienced php programmer this is not more than one hour of work. So I will pay $25 maximum for this. You will make this work for one page first, then we test for a day and after that you can duplicate your coding to the other 3 pages. I am looking for someone who can quickly do this without having to have long chats first, who understands the above details, who does clean coding with proper commenting so future customizing will be easy and have all completed within a day.
