We are looking for a great full-stack developer/coder who can complete the skill-intensive job of making CSS & design changes to our existing PHP website, so that it is fully responsive (and looks great!) on mobile browsers. This is a large web app, and much of it is already responsive, but we're looking for someone to finish the job. You will need to know PHP to navigate the files. Please indicate in your message if you have worked on coding responsive designs in the past. Thanks!
