Hey, Your project description explains everything which you are looking out for. I have only one question.: How will system get the house colored different if it is looking out for maintenance? In other words: Will house owner have their account in the web app which we are going to develop and they will update in their profile which service they are looking out for? Please clarify. Hi I am considering the application will be web based and responsive so that it can be viewed android / ios and PC/Mac. As of now I understood that the data will be entered by admin with ditails and update time to time and based on the data available it will show in the front end. In front other than view user / visitor can not do anything. Please let me know if I missed any major point. Thank you

i will make your backend with google map integration where you will enter house pic and address and enter the lat and longitude for houses and based on that we will add markers there. And you can set the maintenance date there or can change status maintenance manually when needed and it will change marker color and show popup on map even we will make extra section without map maintenance due something Lets connect for more details thanks
