Magento website need to update

[login to view URL] we have some development work to our site which we want to reconstruct, the basic requirement as below given. Below are the points/scope of work we require in the website: 1) We require to show the weights of cakes so that the customer can select weight and get price accordingly and then can put order for the same. this would be required in vendor panel to so that when we upload product we can input weights with price. 2) date and time selection for delivery to customer so that the customer can input the data and time for delivery of order as per there requirement. 3) Set Re-directions for banners which are on homepage, there are some redirection work left which need to be completed. 4) There need to be 5 static pages we require with forms so that to get the requirements from the customer, we will let you know the details for the pages. 5) integration of emails and sms , we need to integrate emails and sms -transaction for customers and self for orders. 6) Work on vendor panel- We have a vendor panel but that is not working properly and there are issues in registration. 7) Customer ordering process is a bit longer we need to shorten it by reducing or skipping some steps or fields. 8) Integrate Paytm wallet for payment processing.
