Magento upgrade from 1.x to latest verision, Malware Scan and fix if needed

My website ([login to view URL]) is on Magento 1.x . I am looking for someone to upgrade to latest version. Here is what is needed:
1) Upgrade to latest version of Magento CE.
2) I have a couple of third party plugins installed that will have to be upgraded to their respective latest versions as well. (I'll purchase their latest versions as needed). Eg. PickPack, Email etc., One Step Checkout, Shipping Restrictions.
3) Ensure that website is working properly after upgrade.
4) Suggest any new features that I can take advantage of.
5) Run security scan.
6) Fix any security issues found.
