Magento alterations

We need help with our Magento store. I will be selecting a freelancer that has excellent English and a great history working with others. We need the following completed urgently: 1. Our contact us page is showing the map for our location, but not the signup form. I think we may have turned this off by accident, need this fixed. 2. Our main logo will need to be made larger - can show a screenshot of what it needs to be. 3. We need the blog turned off and removed from the front page but we also need to know how to turn it back on again. 4. We need our mailchimp account to be integrated on our website where the email address newsletter signup is at the bottom of the page and also on the popup when first visiting the website. This needs to be integrated into the existing setup. 5. Our create account form needs to be altered slightly with the words, such as "State/Territory" instead of "State/Province" etc. Approx. 5-10 changes in this at the most. 6. Remove some links from the my account menu for customers. Don't bid if you cannot complete this within 2-3 hours for us as we need this done urgently.
