I'm looking for a team of IT programmers in WordPress & BuddyBoss

I am looking for experienced IT programmers in WordPress & BuddyBoss, to create a personalized social networking platform in BuddyBoss, similar to Facebook, only for the Romanian community, and only in Romanian. I speak medium English, fluent Italian, native Romanian and beginner Spanish. Those interested and who have great experience in this field of IT programming, leave me a private message. The BuddyBoss platform will be modified and adapted according to my project which I have already created in proportion of 70% (in writing), and some necessary applications, we can buy them already made from big and serious companies (I pay them separately), if they can be adapted and implemented in the social media site, so as not to waste a lot of time creating everything from scratch, and to avoid having very high costs, and what needs to be created, will be created by at zero (different applications and functions required for such a complex project). The site must be compatible with all operating systems, including phones, tablets, laptops, and computers. So I need an application on the phone with this site, not only on the computer, laptop and tablet to be used by members. I need a good team of IT programmers, professional, because it is a complex project, and after the project, there is the possibility of long-term collaboration (site maintenance, additions, modifications, new applications and installed programs, etc ..), for many years, if the team is suitable for such a project.
