loogin for php codeigniter developer to fix and add features this is task list : most of it is fix and most of feaures already in system we just manage it 1 - create 2 button in header ( login as patient - login as staff ) - after login change login button in header to my account with drop down meneu contain ( dashboard - logout ) with icon dashboard url based on user role - make all roles in system thats register login by ( id or phone or mail ) - after user register or login remove jois us button adn cant register in any role if login 2 - fix permission for all roles thats make admin make roles see or edit or add for every menue in system 2 - register docotor : - make doctore after register appear for it page contain message waiting accept and if login any time appear for it same message - make admin appear for it in all doctor filter ( active doctor and pendign doctor ) with open beside every doctor to accept 3 - fix register for roles ( hospital - labs - radiology - nurses - pharmacy ) and make it waiting accept like doctorexactly and filter in admin pendign accept 4 - patine profile : - make patient can edit on his profile tabs for basic data like add patient from admin and fix edit on patient data fro admin - add filter for all patient for admin to filter patient by insurance company - add card image for every patient in databse all aptient and can select patient and print all cards iam select 5 - fix patient profile tabs 1- Insurance : add start and end dat and make and appear in stundet profilke admin 2- add new menue in profile patient to show all his booking for doctor ( doctor - specialy - governaorates - area - time - status ) 3- home exmiantion : like admin add it to patient profile contain 2 submenue : - all hoem examination : contain all home examination for patient and status like admin but cant change status - add new : open form choose specialty governorates area then wite adress 4 - medical delivering : contian 2 sub menue - all medical : contian all order with status but admin only chneg status - add new : liek current but add uplaod file and governoreates and area and adress 5 - nurseing : contain 2 submenue liek admin - all order : contain all order with status - add new : choose governorates and area and order text files 6 - make doctor can login to system and add and customize on front office ina dmin amke it all bookign with status and amke add booking search by patuent id or phone or id national and can book for this patinet 7 - make patient menue for docotor appear only patient thats hhis patient book appointment with it
