The time and possibility would be impacted by the reason of the situation you are facing.. - the correct setting of SPF and DKIM (system + DNS ), PTR (DNS) record would be set up to properly "authenticate" server itself. - you can be listed as "spammer" in the related databases used for the scanning. In some cases it can be unblock in case it was not done already In case you are sending out e-mail with just lot of link or with huge amount of (visible) recipient it can be penalized in principle of SPAM check - this is more about behaviour of e-mail generating application than to sending environment. Anyway this offer is valid in case there is issue with setting of postfix (system Mail Transfer Agent) including SPF, DKIM, PTR. This is not covering PHP application rewrite and problem with content of the e-mails as any solution next to redesign application would not work or would be just temporary. Consultancy related to "what to change" in application /if needed/ is not a problem just realization of such changes would be out of the time prediction.
