Laravel Schedule Project cronjob

Hello, I have an work inside mine Laravel project about Schedule Jobs, Its simple in PHP this must write. Our requirement is do this job complete from teamviewer. JobTask: Scheduling: 1. Grab all exams whose availability time is closed at that time: • Sort by date • Take the first job from the list and take the date • Take all jobs from that date and sort by number of invigilators (descending -> high to low) • Take the job one by one • Take all userID of available invigilators • compare userid previously assigned to the same location (on the same date) • compare userid that have been assigned to another location (on the same date) • compare userid that are not assigned on that day before Use case 1: Users are assigned to jobs on the same location • compare job time does not overlap with previous jobs. • schedule maximum 3 jobs in one day • schedule jobs 29 minutes before and after start and endtime • is Job complete with required invigilators? o Yes-> Job "change status to completed" o No-> continue with use case 2 Use case 2 : Not scheduled for any job on the day • schedule invigilators after shuffling • is Job complete? o Yes-> Job "change status completed" o No-> continue with use case 3 Use case 3: on that same day scheduled at another location • compare exam time does not overlap with previous jobs. • schedule maximum 3 jobs in one day • schedule jobs 59 minutes before and after start and endtime • is Job complete? o Yes-> Job "change status completed" o No-> Job “change status to rebroadc
