I have an iOS App that links to a PHP backend with Data stored (images, data/text). The iOS App will need some changes making to the wording (its an App built for Automotive) and it needs some of the content duplicating - and new MYSQL Databases adding/implimenting. What is the most important this is a developer who can duplicate a MySQL Database of Images so there are 2 Image Databases on the server - and then adding some Facial Recognition Software that will work in the Backend Environment - I am ONLY interested in developers who can provide a working solution that will check a Image from One Database against All the Uploaded images from the Other Database. i.e Database 1 has images: A1, A2, A3, B3, B4, B5, B7, C9, C12... etc Database 2 has images: A2, A4, A5, B1, B4, B5, B7, B8, C3, C11, C12 etc So when you select image B4 from Database 1 and then 'Run' the Facial Recognition Software it will show possible matches that match image B4. - ie B1, B4, B5, B7. The Facial Recognition will be run via the PHP Backend. Images will be uploaded from the iOS App... The Best/Competitive Bid and the person who has the solution for the Facial Recognition aspect for the backend - I have been told PHP wont do Facial Recognition... so I would be interest to hear if this is the case.

Hi, Yes PHP won't do facial recognition but we can use python or C++ for facial recognition while we can feed this system on backend through the application. I have a lot of experience in Computer Vision applications / image and video processing in mobile and windows applications. My Team experience includes: -Port Based container Damage detection Software: detecting damaged container and keeping record and report of containers movement, -Driver fatigue detection using raspberry pi which in a matter of milli seconds determines if the driver is sleeping or not and alarm accordingly using OpenCV, -Vehicle counting in the particular category they belong to on a high speed road, -Number plate recognition using OCR algorithm of openCV, -Face detection and recognition for attendance system of a school and patient management system of a medical system. -Body measurement and detection of changes in body -3D reconstruction from 2D multifocus images In short We have all the experience needed to complete the project with maximum accuracy.
