Edited: Ok i just looked in their api. It has an API to search for the available shipping option based on parcel dimension, weight & country. So we can literally implement it with all possible delivery option. Customer will chose his preferred service, then he can chose pge_categories (if available), priorities (if available) and they he will see the final rate given by Cyprus post. I can create you the shipping plugin in a day. There are other plugins that you can provide free shipping.
