Improve an existing Php MySql appication in a WordPress environment (planning&coordination) training platform

We need to update an existing single-company stand-alone application (based on MySql/Php) to a B2B platform for consulting & training industry: [login to view URL] We are looking for a Project Manager with 3 main goals: - develop & validate the model with BPMN (aris or visual paradigm knowledge will be a plus) - develop & validate MySql with ER workbench (reverse/forward engineering) - coordinate and follow-up contractors over freelance in respect of budget The project will be organized in 4 stages: 1. foundations: migrate to Wordpress, improve DB for integrity (fixing actual mistake), generate ER Workbench schemes and BPMN models, coordinate project execution 2. develop passive part: purchase cycle and job accounting 3. develop CRM (open to on-line campaigns and off line call-center) 4. extend platform (suppliers and customers) to an online model In each stage the freelancer will: - draw/improve the BPMN model in ARIS - design the MySql DB - coordinate SW development & test the results Milestone will be released only on successful completion of each stage we will set the standard and test the application.
