We built [login to view URL] about four years ago. And updated it. Uses WP theme and plugins. Operates well but is a bit tired. Client would like specific fixes: Home page clean up. Work with LF to rebuild home page and review sections featured on page. Add scrolling text only testimonials (as in point 2) under the ‘See what schools say about LearningField’ heading. Make the blog posts dynamically update by date order from news section (every category) Add new events handlings (as in point 3) to under latest news. REFER WIREFRAME 1 Create testimonials section to be inserted on homepage, featuring a scrolling/changing list of editable testimonials. Provide opportunity to use image to feature with testimonials. REFER WIREFRAME 1 An events handler/listing Similar to SEQTA. Note: this needs further specification as to complexity. However has been estimated at a simple, editable, monthly listing level, without search. Event listing that dynamically feeds on homepage. Homepage index shows title, description and date in order on next upcoming date featured at top. Hyperlinks to individual page listing. Each listing has from handler with start and end date, venue with google map embed, open text WYSIWYG editor. The event is automatically removed from the listing after the end date. Landing page sits under features tab/page with information, editable. REFER WIREFRAME 2A AND 2B Systems maintenance page able to be turned on and off as the site is undergoing maintenance, or if there are isssues with backend. Define the different occasions to use and what URLs are affected. Subscribe to email to allow teachers to opt in to receive emails. Can be broader to allow students/parents if required. With different forms/data capture. INCORPORATED IN WIREFRAMES THROUGHOUT. I'd like an idea for time & cost to implement fixes.

My first question is do you like stick with dt-the7 theme or flexible with theme? You are using directly parent theme instead child theme. So hope did not updated main theme for while.
