Heavy Oil Vol

I'm a petroleum engineer, every morning I receive an email with an excel spreadsheet from the control center with volumes of how much oil we have produced and how much we have in stock with properties of that oil etc.. I need to make an iOS/Android app that takes that email every morning and input/display the data in a nice way. So on the homescreen you'd have something like, Oil Vol = (some number pulled from the spreadsheet) Oil Viscosity = (some number pulled from the spreadsheet) etc.. And a menu to include some sections like a Contact/Feedback page, About the Company, etc.. And I need that the first time you launch the app after downloading it, the app is locked and you're presented with a access request page, you enter your email and company ID#, that gets emailed to me or whatever, and I have to approve it, you'll get an email afterwards confirming your access granted, and only then you can access the app. I need this because the info is confidential and I want only specific people to access it. That's about it I think. Oh and I need it to be coded on a platform/language that I can maintain myself later, I'm kinda of a code noob, so keep that in my mind.
