You won't be able to get what you need on a webapp being opened on a computer because they don't have GPS or can't be triangled. You can get a ip to coordinates database, but it won't be certain....... Google chrome locates my computer at exact 4 blocks from where i am right now........ don't waste your money :)

Hey there, i already coded a website, which shows the exact location of a user on a Google Map. It uses GPS-information of the device, if they are available - so it is very reliable and pretty accurate.
