I need a website template(source code and all) similar to freelancer.com. The template needs to be built in languages(preferably HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL of some sort)/frameworks/libraries that are robust, scalable, and stand against the test of time(prove it). The source code is expected to have good documentation/notation throughout. I expect full instructions as to how I would go about setting the website up client side and server side. The instructions would also need to specify all software that I should be using and how it is related to each item. If you want to be considered for the job, please include an attachment of a working link to what the website source code will look like when launched. Also include brief summary of languages used, and related software that will be needed. Lastly, provide the best bid. I am not asking for much labor at all, just for the source code that is probably floating around somewhere out there already and some instructions to go along with it. I will choose the person with the highest ratings and lowest bid. Thank you and I'll be in touch.
