Form that automatically opens woocommerce order

We use a fairly deep wordpress plugin called "formidable forms pro" to trade-in (buy) electronics from regular consumers. We use wordpress and woocommerce as our trade in platform. Unfortunately, the formidable forms pro plugin does not have the option to automatically open woocommerce orders. We would like a programmer with experience with wordpress to automate the process that will automatically open a woocommerce order every time the user submits our form. Formidable has no support for this and this requires programming. More information: On a form created with formidable forms, a user chooses his electronic device from a drop down menu, chooses his model, and then enters his personal information such as address, name, and username and password. The form saves his information and creates a wordpress user. After the form is submitted, an email is sent to our admin inbox. Currently in order for us to open a woocommerce order, we use the email the user supplies in his form submission to start an order. We enter the email in the email field in the open new order page in woocommerce and then woocommerce automatically populates the shipping and billing address. We need someone to automate this step. Also we need the new woocommerce that are automatically opened to sync the electronic device name which is specified in the form drop down. Therefore when the user submits the form, an order is automatically placed, and the product and value are automatically synced into the order items section of woocommerce order details page.
