Forex signals website

I need the perfect website which will be of forex blog as well services of forex [login to view URL] details are attached in the attachments. please read this. I want a 10-page website with cms panel with user and admin panel with good design or templates. 1. I want notifications, messages, chat rooms (registered user can chat), Who is on our website and from where(moderator can see) and can send chat popup. 2. Categories of users will be Free user paid user trial user, moderator can create more category by admin with restricted access. 3. show real registered users in admin with database of name, username, dob, password, mobile number. 4. Show feeds of joining users (real and fake, we can generate fake feeds which will notify to users that users are joining us). 5. Payment integration with paypal, [login to view URL], and visa. 6. Moderators: Moderator can see which user is on our webpage, which ip address is on which page of the website. Moderator can put the details such as name, number, the country name with country code, What’s App number, telegram username, private note, description, last contact date, next contact date, highlight the row or column when next contact date comes. Once client have paid moderator can mark paid client and will be seen by admins. Number check button to check from the true caller that number is xox or (will update you). If xox then save the number with X red color and if the number is ok then save with Green right png. 7. POPUP for moderators and admin. Moderator and admin both can send popup chat notification and ad URL notification to user We will put the details in excel that if the USA user opens then show this URL in the popup and once the offer is filled close it. Like these different countries, the user will see a different popup. THE offer URL will rotate if many offers are there for the same countries. we can enable and disable rotation. Popup will come for the users which will detect the country and if that country is in our details list then redirect them to URL, and forced to fill the form once the form is filled automatically close the popup. Moderators can send popup as well with URL to open whatever page they want to show to the user. once user came to website popup offers will be shown which can be enabled and disbaled. 8. All the blog posts will be posted to facebook and can be enabled and disabled.
