Flash AS3 Mutli Scene conversion to HTML5/ANIMATECANVAS+php_css

Hi, I am building FLA's with 2019 AN / Animate using AS3.0 and scenes. I need " as close as possible if not exact same by whatever means " conversion to HTML5 Canvass , Replacing AS3.0 , with new JAVA / HTML5 cloning previous AS3.0 FLA comps/ scenes. Assets to be parsed / pulled /delivered via php to mysql database Placed in to HTML5 core structure , controlled via css ( position , re size etc etc ) Look at the FLA scenes as modules , and the html5 to hold them. WE want to keep the FLA functionality , yet without conversion this will not play nicely. Need top end flash person and or team - pref one that was there in days of marcomedia , pre adobe , and to current date. Php , css not vital as this is part of larger project and you can work in colab with other if you have seriously advanced understanding and knowledge of flash to animate and the change we have faced. If you hate wordpress , joomla and drupal , then even better . Custom portal , database driven , made for the modern age in terms of web standards , yet harnessing the power that we had before they killed off flash. This is for want of better words a Phoenix project , for flash. This will be part of a larger project , smaller stuff to start , then we get more complex as we move ahead and you take away the load from my and my crew. Budget set is initial , and will naturally increase as workload does. I an not posting example yet , I am looking for discussion to award person and or crew to this as immediate and ongoing project work. Work remote FINE.
