fix my website

I've built a WordPress website it's a multi-vendor website for selling and submitting artworks and I used WCFM plugin with Woocommerce for sure, Now I wanted to build a community so I used BuddyPress plugin, and here is the problem, now the user has 4 different profile with its own settings 1 for vendor or shop page, 1for BuddyPress member with its settings, 1 for customer dashboard with its settings, and 1for vendor dashboard with its settings. I want the user to have 1 profile, 1 setting, one registration form, so they can post posts, add new products, and add new articles from the same place not separated. eg: [login to view URL] in the link they've "Owner of shop" on the side i want the shop to be in the place of my products I think they're the same so there is no need for shop page it should be the same user page also, I want to have user-menu like the photo I uploaded with the notifications icons etc.
