We have a mailwizz server that we use to send out eblasts. For some reason, our response rate has dramatically dropped and it seems we are not seeing peoples replies.

Everything is already set up but there is something that might have went wrong either with the email, domain, server, or Mailwizz.

Your job:

1. Fix any issues on mailwizz, powermta, server, or email.

2. Optimize mailwizz to make sure delivery is back on track

3. Warm up the email account if it needs
