> Our Context :
We deliver audiobooks through audio streaming using HLS technology from linux server, and use FFMPEG to convert mp3 files into .ts files to be streamed in our web app.

> Our process :
1 - we launch our conversion script on an mp3 file
2 - it must output several .ts chunks for every chapter
3 - it must also output a M3u file describing the right order to play all theses .ts chunk

> Our actual FFmpeg script :
ffmpeg -i $audio -vn -hls_time 4 -hls_key_info_file $foldername/$[login to view URL] -f hls $foldername/hls/$[login to view URL]

> Our problems :
- .ts files are still too heavy, we need to divide our audio file in much smaller files.
- we have an issue with duration / track lenght, because the result audio doesn't render with the right duration when we stream the generated .ts files. For example, an input .mp3 file with 20 minutes duration will be rendered in a 4 minutes streamed audio track.

> What we need :
We need our ffmpg script to be re-written, to ensure that we get the following result :
- the mp3 files are rendered in smaller .ts chunks
- the audio result has the same duration as the original mp3 source
- it would be perfect to have this duration logged/traced in the m3u file.

> extra option you can bring :
- we would also like the ffmpg script to reduce date size by reducing mp3 rate from 160 kbps to 128 kbps
