Finish a job in CodeIgniter

I have an existing website in CI that needs to be wrapped up. There are many issues involved so if you do not have the expertise, please do not apply. I am going to make this a bid for complete project as it will be better for both of us. If you are a ball of fire, you can complete it as fast as you like and still get paid the same. You will take an existing website written in version 2 and convert it to 3.17 You will make create this in HMVC (If you do not know what HMVC is - please close this project and move onto something else) You will resolve Calendar issues with regards to pricing, minimum night stays, blocking, and reservations. You will work on getting CSS and JS off of the page and make it callable You will create a live chat feature that allows direct communication with each property listing and traveler. NOT through the admin and traveler You will create an image gallery that works fluidly You will repair a seasonal rate calendar that is completely useless right now and make it operate both for seasonal rates and calculations Repair of an iCal feature that is completely useless right now Repair of autoresponder e-mails that are equally useless Security verification repair that is somewhat working and much more. We have an expert CI developer who works extensively in HMVC who cannot tackle this job at this time, but he will observe and advise periodically to report to me on progress. If he says your work is good, we will move on. Otherwise, you will repair it to his satisfaction. Milestone payment will only be made in the beginning to the winning bidder and the remainder when the project is 100% complete. If you are exceptionally good and want to tackle the android app and iOS app for additional work, we can discuss that as well. Seriously - honestly - do NOT bid on this job if it is beyond your capabilities. It is a complex project and requires top notch talent. The current company I am working with is a solid company, but deeply overwhelmed and it has come to a point we need better talent on board. Again, you will convert to 3.17 in HMVC. If that means nothing to you - please move on. Do not talk to me about future maintenance as many CI sites are very robust and never need maintenance. The premise of this site is enormously simple. Listing, search and communicate with each other. That's it. Make a website that is stable and able to handle a large influx of inquiries. Before we make any decisions - you will submite and show examples of websites you have made (As in already DONE and running HMVC structure. Again, if you cannot do this - please move along)
