Export Contents from Excel Cell

Hello, I think this should be a simple problem for someone with some computer macro or scripting knowledge. I have an excel document that logs our chat sessions with our small business. I need a way to export the session data from one column and put just client part of the conversation in the next column. In the example uploaded file, The entire conversation is column F, and I want ONLYthe Client part of the chat in Column G. Each client's name is all CAPS. if this helps. A simple script that doesn't involve too much programming knowledge and an easy way to apply that to my current document. I need this ASAP.
