Ecommerce system for a translation business

We need 'Instant Quote and Order' system similar like the one on onehourtranslation[dot]com homepage. You can see how it works on the example site, but I have described some main features below, so you can easily and quickly understand the project. 1) Users have to choose a service type. On the example site, you can choose it from the dropdown list of services (see above of the Quote/Order area): Translation, Proofreading, Transcription and Translation+Proofreading 2) Users have to choose a source language (the current language of the documents/texts), and a target languages (can choose more than one). So, the document/text will be translated from source language to target language(s). Admin can define different price for each language set(Source Lang > Target Lang) per word. 3)Users can upload document files or type texts on a text field (or can do both). If users upload document files, server will automatically count the word within it. And the price will be updated according to words count. If user type text, website system will count it and update the price. We need popular MS word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, TXT file formats. After little search, I found that Apache Tika can help to achieve this. 4) Users can attach a note for the translator. 5) Users can choose an expert from a category/subject or just use general translators. Price will be updated if user choose an expert. Admin can define extra price per word for each categories. 6)Users will see a estimate finish time for their project. 7) Now users will be taken to the checkout page. Checkout is simple like WooCommerce. There will be service name, target and source language(s), expert type, words count and final price. Users will see a field to enter any promo code. Users must have to login or create a new account to submit the order. Just same like the example site. Payment processors will be PayPal, Alipay and Wire transfer. 8) Users will be taken to the payment processor's website for payment and they will come back to the main website after successful payment. They can go to their account to see the progress of the current project and admin can update the project progress from admin panel(in percentage). 9) Also, admin will get all submitted data of all projects from admin panel. Note: The website will be developed in WordPress and Linux server. Other pages and design or everything else for the website has been taken care of.
