I am getting plenty of abandonment carts on a woocmerce drop ship site that I run, but no actual orders and I believe I have a good site. I want a report on things that you find wrong with the site or things that you believe would help sales. I am having abandoned orders of up to £100 and need to figure out why what is turning the customer off. The site url is here and the speed of site is fine in high 90s and cdn by cloudflare before any milestone is created I would like a basic report done so can see what is going on and dont palm me off with automated reports please seen all of them by now. For some reason I think you've blocked me from talking to you as it won't let me send you any message? No idea why you've done that if you've done it on purpose as I'm only trying to help you! Upon looking on your website I found a load of flaws and data found online about people who work with you , I've kindly told you this so you can remove it and not get in trouble and you go and block me?? I’ve accessed your website and immediately noticed an issue with the load time and how the different elements are taking a while to load. One piece of free advice that I can give you is that if you are noticing that customers are abandoning their cart, consider sending an automatic email to your customer to remind them of what they left in their cart. I’m a qualified usability expert and I’m an active online shopper :) At this price that I am bidding, I can spend an hour to use your site and put together a short report in the form of a word document with screenshots of more issues that I notice with your website. It would be helpful if you can provide a test user account so that I can make fake purchases with it so that I can look into the whole user flow. If you found my free suggestion useful and If you would like a more detailed usability analysis and/or suggestions for improving your site, we can arrange for a longer term project with better pay.
