We’re looking to develop interactive web & connected mobile app to allow users to opt-in online marketing opportunities. We need to develop front/user end and back/admin end with attached requirements. A website where users will upload their advert. And we will feature it on main website / promote it on partner platforms! Also Users also needs to be able to track PPC and balance etc. from this website. We will provide design from our end in HTML,CSS,JS. We need expert PHP Or angular web developers who can take lead of development and deliver perfect solution to us. We're open to suggestions for choosing right web application framework for this.
