UI/UX design and development of website with Wordpress

We are looking for a web front-end developer with UI/UX experience to design a new website that will substitute our existing wordpress website. Your job will be to create 3 different design alternatives that will improve usability and ease navigation among pages. Then we would decide which alternative you are going to implement. We will consider candidates with at least 3 successful web site/web application designs in their portfolio and that have a personal site. We will pay you 1500 € with the possibility to be considered for other projects in the near future. Job should be completed in 4 weeks, with the delivery of the functional website, that will substitute our current website. You will asked to study our web application and discuss the improvements with us via video calls. What will you do: Study our existing website and analyze what and how we should change/improve. Re-design layouts of existing pages improving user experience and data visualization. Create professional and modern web layout. Able to determine appropriate backgrounds, color schemes, and other visual facets. Develop a functional and responsive front-end, that will integrate with our existing back-end. You are: Experienced developer with at least 3 successful website/web application development in your portfolio and your personal site. Able to understand UI/UX problems and solve them with UI/UX principles. Good English speaker. Can relate with other developers in a optimistic way. Able to implement the solution using Wordpress, and understand Javascript and PHP. What we will offer: 1500 € for the completed re-design and implementation. Possible collaboration for future jobs.
