Hi, I am interested in your project and I would like to offer you my expertise in the field of analog and digital electronics, pcb hardware design, embedded firmware and software development. What I can offer you is design of hardware electronics and embedded firmware development for your generator and using guidlines from IEEE publications you have attached. After schematics and PCB is designed, I would send it on manufacture and assemble prototype, test hardware and develop firmware according to the specification we would agree on the start of the project. What I can also offer is BOM optimisation and preparing prototype for mass manufacture and if needed some of the smart features (Bluetooth, acceleration tracking and analysis, etc).
