I need you to develop a backend for my android app. Its a fintech app, so our first priority is security and data encryption. I would like this software to be developed using PHP, or Ruby. In the app, there are only 10 company options that costumer can choose from a put a request to buy that particular stock, we will buy that stock the next day when the market open and update their account with that amount of stock.
