Customize a WordPress template for client's New Website.

Project Goal: To create a new Educational Course Video website based on an existing template already purchased. The courses offered will be video-based courses; each course will have multiple chapters. Each chapter will be its own video. Manual install files and sample data files for the theme are available upon request and also when project is awarded. This project will be broken in to multiple phases. This project is for phase 1 only, but would like to build a working relationship and hire the same person for the subsequent phases. Phase Overview: Phase 1: Initial template modifications, establishing base website framework, basically a starting point. Phase 2: Once phase one is published on our test server, our existing designer will review for graphical, color, layout updates. Phase 2 will integrate custom graphics and color palette from the designer. The designer will supply the graphics and color pallet/css scheme and usage instructions once template framework built. Phase 3: Custom Registration and User Activity Tracking integration, and any other defined remaining enhancements based on client's input or requests. Phase 3 may start with or before Phase 2.
