Custom WooCommerce Bulk Order Form Required

Only Highly expert developer Needed, No Generic Bidders, Need serious, and quick freelancer ready to finish this asap. I need a quick Order form for woocommerce that should have the functionality to load products database using ajax based on the User input. There will 5 major fields in this form 1: SKU/Model No./POC Code (This field will be ajax powered and when any customer enters any value then it will automatically search the database and if there is any product with similar input is available then it will display the search result) 2: Product Title (This field will be ajax powered too and when any customer enters any word then it will automatically search the database and if there is any product with similar input is available then it will display the search result and search results will be limited to max 5 results to make it more user-friendly.) 3: Quantity Input Field (Normal field like default WooCommerce field) 4: Custom Customer's preferred price Input field (This price field will not show or include product's default price but will allow the customer to enter their preferred price that they want to pay for that order and it should have some sort of inbuilt function that can insist customers to enter a price which is always equal or higher than seller's minimum sale price.) 5: Preferred Delivery Date (It will be date field normally for customer and seller use. It will be only a normal date to send to seller for quicker product delivery arrangements but it will not make any effect or woocommerce based estimated delivery date which is basically displayed in checkout page.) And at last, there will be a checkbox for Back Orders confirmation I mean if customer wants to back order for a product that is not full on stock and can only be purchased limited units for now then the customer can purchase as much as he wants on back order and seller will ship the product when it comes back to stock. All above 4 fields can also be repeated with "Add A New Row" and all these 4 order fields will be repeated again and customer can select any other product to order. I am looking for this form to be completed within 3days. So if you guys can do this then respond with "I will definitely do it in 3 days"
