Custom Code for Customized Search Bar for Web Development

I'd like to know if it's possible to create a search bar that lets a user go directly to a specific page on our website. For example, our products have "Lot Numbers" and a QR code that when scanned will take them to a search page. The goal of the search page, is for them to type in their lot number, hit enter, and then be taken directly to a page that has all the product information and certification information for that particular lot number. Essentially, I'd like to be able to code the search to append the LOT number they type in, to the end of a set URL. For example. [login to view URL], where the XXXXX is added from the information added to the search bar. This search bar must be something I can easily add to a WordPress website that uses X theme and Cornerstone. It must be self-contained in the code, and cannot reference an external PHP file or something that requires the modification of the sites theme or child theme. Below is the page i'll need the search to go on --- and ideally, it will look like a standard search and in place of the word search would say "ENTER LOT NUMBER". [login to view URL]
