For the price range you are asking i could create a market maker bot for 2 exchanges. You have to understand that a fully customized and profitable trading-bot typically will cost around 10000$. Relevant Skills and Experience I have created my own personal trading bot that I use on Bittrex. I used a web-socket plug-in to analyze live prices and a market maker strategy to delegate trades. Proposed Milestones $300 USD - Create trading strategy and implement/test on ONE exchange. $255 USD - port successful bot into other exchanges. Additional Services Offered $1 USD - Markets change frequently so I will be live testing strategies I just want to make it clear that for the price listed you will be getting a Minimum viable product.
