Cron Job Settings/Fixing

Hello there, I use ListingPro theme and Cloudways server which is set to UTC time. I am located in US on PST time. Theme generates certain cron jobs which helps to run subscription, Ad's, payment reoccurrence etc. Wordpress time does not match with Cloudways server time which cause the conflict sometime that it expires the listings/ad's not at right time. I need someone who is experienced in Listing Pro theme and Server Management. Who can look at theme cron jobs and look at the server configuration and able to fix the timing issue so the listings, subscription, ad's etc expires/renews at right time. It might need tweak in theme or server not sure to fix the issues. You would do the testing to make sure everything is running smooth (Subscriptions/Ad's etc). I have SFTP and SSH access to Cloudways Server.
