Attached there in a photo of a screen where is visibible a form of a traditional windows application. This is a form a data-entry with a lot of personal information, information about the person who is registering the form and information about the interest of the customer. We need to re-create a form like this in a Laravel+AngularJS application. We don't need this form to be active or to save data to database, we just needa very compact layout and that the web form looks like as much as possibile to the windows application.

Hello, So you need the same windows app form to be replicated with Laravel+Angular JS without any option to save in the database. Do you want to create database fields or just design the form?
